Why we started
Small jobs, done properly
Most homeowners do not need a renovation. They need someone who will come out for a sticking door, a leaking shut-off valve and a soft deck board, do all three properly in one visit, and tell them honestly what can wait.
That is the work we do. It is not glamorous, and a lot of contractors would rather not bother with it. We think it is the work that keeps a house sound.

Fixed price, in writing
You get the price before any work starts. It does not change unless you change the job.
On time, or we call
We give you an arrival window and keep to it. If we are running late, you hear it from us first.
Clean when we leave
Drop cloths down while we work, debris hauled away and the work area vacuumed before we pack up.
One-year labor guarantee
If our work fails within a year, we come back and put it right at no charge.
