Privacy Policy

Advantage Home Repair LLC (“we”, “us”) runs AdvantageHomeRepair.com. This policy explains what we collect through the site, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request an estimate, contact us or sign up for updates: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code or address, and what you write about the job.
- Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which looks at how the page is used (for example mouse movement and browser details) to tell people from bots. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
- Text message consent. If you check a text box, we record that you did, the wording you agreed to, and when.
- Basic usage data. Pages visited, browser type and approximate location from your IP address, collected by our web host and Google Analytics. The repair checker and calendar do not store your answers.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule estimates and do the work you ask for.
- To send the emails or texts you chose. Marketing texts go only to people who checked that box.
- To keep the site working, secure and free of spam.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share details only with service providers who help us run the business (email, text messaging, web hosting), under contracts that limit their use to that purpose, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Estimate and job records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes, normally up to seven years. Update sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Website logs are kept for no more than twelve months.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@advantagehomerepair.com. We respond within 30 days.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can browse and read without them; our forms use one essential session cookie to protect your submission from forgery, and it is deleted when you close your browser.
Security
Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored outside the public part of our web server. No method is perfect, but we limit who can see your information to the people who need it to serve you.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Significant changes are noted on this page for 30 days.
