Terms of Use
Effective October 30, 2026. The ground rules for using this website.
By using AdvantageHomeRepair.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our guides are general information
The guides, blog posts and tools describe typical repairs in typical homes. Your house, your local codes and your skills may be different. You are responsible for deciding whether to do any repair yourself and for doing it safely. Turn off power or water before working on those systems, follow product instructions, and leave gas, main electrical panel and structural work to licensed professionals.
The repair-or-call-a-pro checker gives general guidance from the answers you choose. It is not an inspection and does not replace a professional looking at the problem.
Estimates and work
Submitting the estimate form does not create a contract. Any work we do is covered by the written estimate or agreement you sign at the time, including its price, scope and warranty terms.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Advantage Home Repair LLC is not liable for loss, damage or injury that results from using the information on this site. This does not limit our responsibility for work we actually perform under a signed agreement.
