A roof rarely fails all at once. It loses a shingle in a storm, a nail backs out, the sealant around a vent pipe dries and cracks, and water finds the gap. Gutters do their damage more quietly, by dumping water against the foundation.
We repair shingles, flashing and vent boots, clean and re-hang gutters, and extend downspouts so water lands well away from the house. If your roof is at the end of its life, we will tell you, and we will not sell you patches that only buy a season.
